1. Download and Install Extra DVD Ripper Express
2.Order and Register Extra DVD Ripper Express
3.Launch Application:
Start Extra DVD Ripper Express, You will see its main interface

Parameter Description
1.Menu Provide menu items such as: Convert Now, Control, Setting, Order, Register and help
2.Shortcut Menu This area provides select which format dvd will rip to?
3.Preview

Playback the selected DVD movies.
4.Output Setting Setting DVD output formats such as: Language, Video formats, Audio formats
5.State Display the information about work state
6.ToolBar DVD option shortcut button such as: Load, Play, Stop, Pause, Previous Chapter, Next Chapter, Fast Forward, Back Forward, Frame Step, Title Mune, Root Mune
7.Progress Display rip dvd work progress
Load the DVD Source
Click "Load ..."(label 8)button to open DVD disc or DVD directory, see below

Then Extra DVD Ripper Express could fast forward to main title of movie...,eg, Can't rip when dvd fast forword(label 9). Click "Play" (label 10) when dvd movies arrive main title. Now begin to enjoy the fun of DVD movies. It is a very good dvd player. Of course you could select "Stop", "Pause", "Next chapter"... But our aim is rip dvd . Let us continue.

Output Setting
"Oh, My God! Sharks!", We would set up output formats when enjoy dvd movies.

Step 1. Select output video format in left panel(label 2), you could select AVI, MPEG, iPod, iPhone, PSP, Mobile 3GP, WMV, Zune, FLV etc ,eg AVI：
Step 2. Select Output Setting(label 11), if you select "Customize Setting" , You can set up "Video Setting" and "Audio Setting"(label 12).
Step 3. Set up "Language Setting"(label 12)
Parameter Description
Video codec Force video codec
Video Bitrate Refers to how many data storage is allocated to store video picture data. The higher video bitrate, the better video quality (in kbit/s)
Frame Rate The number of frames or images that are  displayed per second (Hz value, fraction or abbreviation). 29.97, 25, 23.976, 15...
Video Size Set frame size (width*heigh or abbreviation). eg:320*240,368*208
Aspect Ratio Proportional height and width of a video image. 4:3,16:9 or 1.3333,1.7777
Audio Codec Force audio codec
Audio Bitrate Refers to how many data storage is allocated to store audio signals. The higher audio bitrate, the better audio quality (in kbit/s)
Sample Rate Defines the number of samples per second (or per other unit) taken from a continuous signal to make a discrete signal. (in Hz)
Audio Channels Set number of audio channels
Audio Volume You can change output audio volume here. The default volume level is 100% (original volume)
Output Format Force output file format,eg, avi, mpeg , ipod mp4, iphone , apple tv , psp, ps3,  wmv , flv , 3gp, mov...
 

Start Rip DVD Disk

 
Click "Convert Now"(Label 13) to begin recording, then it will pop up a dialogue , here you could determine from where begin to record:(1) from current play point (2) from title begin (3) set specific time to start
