General Questions

Q: How to purchase and register your software:
A: Find which product you like on our website, then download and use the free trial version. If you wish to purchase it, Click "Buy Now" on the program's opening screen and place your order. (The registration info will be sent to you via Email within one business day.) Enter the license code and your name in the registration window to register it. How to register: Please click "Enter Registration Code..." in Help menu, enter your name, copy and paste your registration code in the corresponding box, and then press the "OK" button. Please note don't add any blank spaces before or after the code. You will then have unlimited use of the program.

Q: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?
A: Yes, we provide free upgrades when they become available. Please keep an eye on our site to get upgrade info. Simply download the updated version and register it using your previous version's license code. That code stays the same.

Q: Can I try your products before purchasing them?
A: Yes, you can. Our products can be tried free before purchasing them. Please download what you like from our website, and then install it. Ignore the registration request and click the "OK" button, then you can try it. In the trial version, we only limit the number of times you can use the program, but not its functionality.

Q: How soon will I receive my registration code after finishing the order?
A: In general, users will receive the license codes, which are sent automatically by our registration agent Emetrix, within a few minutes or hours after their orders. However, sometimes, for some reasons (for example, if your Email service provider rejected the Email from Emetrix), codes cannot be sent to you. If you have not received your registration information after your purchase, please send another Email to our Sales Team to get assistance. They will find your order information and send your registration information to you again.

Q: I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration info is invalid." Why?
A: Try copying and pasting the license code to avoid a typo. And please note: do NOT add any blank spaces before or after the code. In addition, please make sure to download the right product. The registration code is different for each program.

Q: I lost my license code. Can you send me another one?
A: Of course, we would like to help. Simply provide your Order ID or some information in your order (such as the Email you used to order), so that we can find your info in our database.

Q: Do I need to re-register after I upgrade the software?
A: No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will remember your registration status.

Q: I like several products. Can I get a discount if I purchase more than one?

Q: How long will it take to get your support response?
A: We promise to deal with customers' emails within 24 hours after receiving them, not counting weekends and holidays. However, in most cases, you'll get our response immediately or in a few hours.
